I’m a certified health, nutrition, and menopause coach, personal trainer, and lifelong athlete — but my most important credential is this: I’ve lived through the hormonal chaos that most programs ignore.

After conquering ultra-marathons and Half Ironmans, I found myself 40 pounds heavier, battling relentless insomnia, anxiety, and fatigue. My hormones were wrecked from years of overtraining and stress. Doctors offered pills and vague advice — but no real solutions.

So I took matters into my own hands.
